How To Open A Orgain Account?

Orgain Return Policy?
Orgain.com has a customer-friendly return and exchange policy. Returns and exchanges are free. The cost is covered and a pre-paid return shipping label is provided, with no extra fees involved.
The return or exchange must be started within 30 days of being fulfilled and submitted via the Returns & Exchange center. An extended return window is available for any holiday purchases made. If an order is placed between November 22 and December 29, the last day to return or exchange the order is February 9.
If the item is eligible, an exchange can be requested for the exact item or a different flavor. Once the return is approved, a refund can be requested back to the original payment method or via an Orgain.com gift card (store credit).
To prevent delays in processing the return request, all returns or exchanges must be processed via the Returns & Exchanges center. The pre-paid return label provided by the returns & exchange center must be used. This allows the returns & exchange center to track the return once the package is dropped off and scanned in by the carrier.
If an exchange is requested and the original order needs to be returned, the package must be packed and dropped off to the carrier to get scanned into the system within 21 days of the exchange request. If the return is not scanned in to the carrier within the 21 days, the pre-paid return label will expire and will result in the payment method being charged for the exchange order that was delivered.
Please note that all returns must be shipped back using the pre-paid return shipping label given via the returns center so they are shipped back to the respective fulfillment center and so there are no processing delays in refunds. Refunds can only be made to the original form of payment. If the account was issued a different card, then the bank will redirect those funds accordingly.
Once the return is authorized, step-by-step instructions and a pre-paid return shipping label will be received via email. The package must be printed, packed, and dropped off to the nearest carrier location.
